1. Using this website
By using this website or submitting the waitlist form, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to submit information for a business if you apply on its behalf.
2. Informational scope
The website explains Konstrukt’s intended property-management workflows, trial and early-adopter programme. Content is general information and is not legal, accounting, tax, financial or property-management advice.
3. Waitlist, trial and early-adopter offer
Provide accurate information and submit only a genuine request that you are authorised to make. Joining the waitlist is free, requires no payment details and does not create a paid subscription.
Everyone who joins the waitlist is eligible for the advertised early-adopter offer. The 30-day trial begins when the workspace is activated, not when the waitlist form is submitted. If the participant continues after the trial, they receive 50% off the standard monthly base-plan price for their first 12 paid months. Eligibility does not guarantee a particular invitation or activation date. Additional active units, internal users and scoped services use their stated standard rates unless the accepted offer expressly says otherwise. The discount does not stack with annual or other offers, and the standard base-plan price applies after the discounted period.
No paid plan begins solely because a person joins the waitlist. Plan scope, payment terms, cancellation rights, tax treatment and the applicable platform agreement will be presented before paid access begins.
4. Product boundaries
Konstrukt currently records operational financial activity and supports operational reporting. It does not currently collect or reconcile rental payments and is not a trust-accounting service. KAI supports understanding from permitted portfolio context and does not take uncontrolled action.
5. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit harmful code, scrape the service in a way that degrades it, impersonate another person or use the waitlist to send unlawful, misleading or abusive information.
6. Intellectual property
Konstrukt’s name, brand, website design, copy and product materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for your own evaluation but may not reproduce or commercially exploit substantial parts without permission.
7. Third-party services and links
The website may link to third-party services or resources. Their availability, content and privacy practices are controlled by those providers. A link does not create an endorsement unless the website expressly says so.
8. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the website or waitlist. We try to keep public descriptions accurate but early-adopter functionality may evolve. Where a statement conflicts with a signed agreement for platform access, that agreement governs.
9. Responsibility
The website is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law. To the extent permitted by law, Konstrukt is not responsible for indirect losses resulting solely from reliance on general website content or temporary website unavailability.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Questions or disputes should first be sent to hello@konstrukt-proptech.co.za so that they can be reviewed and addressed.
