When does the free month begin?+
The 30-day trial begins when Konstrukt activates your invited workspace. Joining the waitlist does not start the trial clock.
Do I need a card to join?+
No. Joining the waitlist is free, requires no payment details and does not create a paid subscription.
How long does the 50% early-adopter price last?+
It applies to the first 12 paid months after the free trial. Standard plan pricing applies after that period. The early-adopter offer does not stack with annual or other discounts.
Who is eligible for the early-adopter offer?+
Everyone who joins the Konstrukt waitlist is eligible. The offer begins when your workspace is activated: 30 days free, followed by 50% off the standard monthly base-plan price for your first 12 paid months if you continue. Joining does not guarantee a particular activation date.
What counts as an active unit?+
A currently managed, leased, occupied, marketed or operationally serviced unit is active. Archived and inactive records are not billable units.
What happens when I exceed the included units?+
Operator adds active units at R29 each per month. Portfolio adds active units at R19 each per month. Additional internal users are R99 each per month. These are standard expansion rates and are separate from the 50% early-adopter discount on the base plan.
Will I be charged automatically after the trial?+
No paid subscription is created by joining the waitlist. Your plan, scope, payment terms and platform agreement are confirmed before paid access begins.
