1. Responsible party and contact
Konstrukt is the responsible party for personal information collected through this website and the Konstrukt early-adopter waitlist. Konstrukt operates in South Africa.
For privacy, access, correction, deletion, objection or consent-withdrawal requests, email hello@konstrukt-proptech.co.za with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to verify that the request relates to you before disclosing or changing information.
2. Information we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect whether you are applying as an individual or for a business, your name, business name where relevant, email address, optional mobile number, the number of rental units you manage, the operational pain points you select, consent choices and limited referral or campaign information.
We also receive normal technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as request time, network and security information. We do not ask waitlist applicants for identity numbers, payment details, tenant records or property addresses.
3. Why we use it
- To record, manage and respond to your early-adopter request.
- To understand the size and operating context of prospective trial cohorts.
- To contact you about waitlist status, a trial invitation and the early-adopter offer.
- To send optional product news, rental-operations content or offers only when you separately choose that communication.
- To protect the form and website from spam, abuse and security threats.
- To maintain evidence of the privacy notice and consent choices that applied when you submitted the form.
The fields marked as required are necessary to manage your request. If you do not provide them, we cannot add you to the waitlist. A mobile number and optional marketing consent are not required.
4. Waitlist contact and optional marketing
Joining the waitlist authorises Konstrukt to use your information to manage that request and email you about Konstrukt software, a trial invitation and the early-adopter offer. Optional product news, educational content and unrelated offers use a separate unchecked consent choice.
Providing a mobile number does not authorise SMS, telephone or WhatsApp marketing. You can withdraw optional marketing consent without leaving the operational waitlist, or ask us to remove your waitlist record entirely.
5. Service providers and cross-border processing
Konstrukt uses service providers including Supabase for database and submission processing and Cloudflare for website delivery and security. These providers may process information in South Africa and other countries where they or their subprocessors operate. Konstrukt selects providers and safeguards intended to protect personal information when processing crosses borders.
We do not sell waitlist personal information. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a properly governed business transaction.
6. Security
The public form submits through a validated server-side function. The browser is not granted direct access to read, update or delete the waitlist table. Direct public database permissions are revoked, row-level security is enabled, submissions are validated and duplicate responses are neutral.
No internet service can promise absolute security. If we become aware of a security compromise affecting your information, we will investigate and provide notices required by applicable law.
7. Retention
We intend to keep waitlist information until you receive an access decision, leave the waitlist, or 12 months pass after your last interaction—whichever occurs first. If information is still needed after 12 months, we may ask whether you want to remain on the list. Information that is no longer needed will be deleted or de-identified, subject to limited records needed to honour an opt-out, resolve a dispute or comply with law.
8. Your choices and rights
You may ask whether we hold personal information about you and request access, correction, deletion or restriction where applicable. You may object to processing, withdraw consent and complain if you believe information has been handled unlawfully.
Requests can be sent to hello@konstrukt-proptech.co.za. You may also contact the Information Regulator of South Africa or use the Regulator’s published POPIA forms.
9. Children
The waitlist is intended for people aged 18 and older. Do not submit information about a child through this form.
10. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when the website, waitlist or legal requirements change. The effective date and version at the top of the page show which notice applies. Material changes affecting an existing consent will be communicated or require a renewed choice where necessary.
